Coral is formed by 100’s, 1,000’s even millions of small organisms all living together to support and protect each other; your saying “safety in numbers”.
You, people, the whole human race is no different from Coral except for the fact that you have separated from each other.
Coral is beautiful with its varying colours, reds, oranges, pinks, whites and You are beautiful too.
Think of how much more beauty there is in your world when groups work together, when some become one, when there is a heartfelt joint purpose.
One can achieve and yes it always takes one to start anything, to step up to the plate and say who’s with me. When two stand together, double can be achieved and so on.
Whether you are a leader, the one who has the idea, the thought, the dream or whether someone else’s dream resonates with your own choices in life, it is time to be counted and share, to invite others to join you, to work together, to become as one.
You have a purpose, a gift to share and it is time for you to start sharing it, encouraging others to follow their path, share their gift, building a solid and beautiful community of people all working together as one.

A strong foundation is what holds everything up, supports and enables growth.
Just like that first little polyp who built its shelter, skeleton around it, you can be the founder of a great reef.
A Coral Reef is a thing of great beauty that not only supports and protects other polyps but creates a habitat for many other species. It is a beautiful natural example of multi-species living in harmony with each other, living as one.
There are many species that live in colonies, herds, and family groups; Bees, Ants, Wasps, Lions, Elephants, Wolves, Wilder Beast and so many more. They survive and thrive because they work together, they are a team.
In the most successful groups they work with each individual’s strengths, they encourage growth.
Stop worrying about those things you aren’t so good at, others are, let them work to their strengths.
Work from your strengths, what you are good at, what you enjoy.
Be bold to try new things but let it go if it doesn’t work for you. You will have gained from the experience.
Encourage the same of everyone around you.
When you all live from your strengths and what you love doing, you will be Being and stepping into your own power.
The power of Being one with the whole.
Connect with like minded people who are following their heart, their strengths, their bliss, their love and oneness with all that is.
You are special and unique and it is that uniqueness that makes you an essential part of the whole.
Honour yourself, you are the only person who can be you; no one else brings the gifts that you bring, in the way you bring them.
Step into your power and help others to step into theirs, building a beautiful home/world for you all.
