Love yourself, not for the person others tell you to be but for the person that you really are.

You are not here to fulfil anyone else’s dream, that is for them to do; you have your own purpose and gifts, experiences to have and to share.

You have a saying “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”.

Everyone’s true beauty is hidden in their heart, until they have the confidence to follow their heart and let that beauty shine through.

That is when your saying is at its truest, when the beholder can see the beauty in another’s heart.

It doesn’t matter now much gold & silver, gems & expensive clothes, make-up etc that you wear; that is not who you are.

It is not what others see but how you make them feel; your words enhanced by your actions, your expression, your body language, the sincerity in your voice, your authenticity, your honesty, the light in your eyes.

Allow your true beauty to shine through; listen to your heart, your gut instincts. Your intuition, they will never fail you.

When others try to change you, remember it is their stuff, their insecurities, their lack of love and belief in them self.

Love them anyway but be strong and stay true to you.

By all means have fun with make-up and dressing up but don’t try and hide behind it, you don’t need to.

Yes be smart, clean and tidy but never compromise who you are, your abilities, your gifts.

Make time for “Me” time, for fun & play, for family & friends, for time out in Nature; these are all aspects of you; the being quiet and still, the seeing and listening to Nature in all her glory and voices.

Watch the wildlife, the birds, the insects, the fox, the rabbit, the deer, your cat or dog if you have one, all creatures; they know who they are, they know how to BE.

Let go of all doubts about yourself, become more like the animals.

Let go of all the negative thoughts you have ever had about yourself and your abilities.

They all stem from what others have said and they don’t know you, they don’t know what you are good at, where your talents lie.

You are a very special and unique Being and it is time to BE You and only you.

No buts, what ifs or maybe’s, let go of all that is not serving you; stop worrying about what others may be thinking about you (and they probably aren’t). Be true to You.
