Let go of the old to make way for the new.
The legend of the Phoenix tells how an old Phoenix bursts into flames and then a young bird rises from the ashes.
It is time for you to rise from the ashes of your past experiences, becoming the you that you truly are, the you that is a gift to the world.
The You that has shed all the debris of the storms you have lived through.
Shake it all off, let yourself shine, show the world your smile; open your heart to yourself, feel the love pour into and though you to touch the lives of all whose lives you touch.
Let go of your fear, doubt, lack of belief in self. Let go of the hurt and trauma from your earlier years.
You have never been given anything you can’t cope with and each situation has been a gift you have given yourself to help you grow and develop in understanding.
Expand the flame of love in your heart to encompass your whole Being, cleansing the past, helping your beautiful loving soul to shine.
As you shake off the doubt and the fear, feel yourself become lighter.
As you relax into your new way of Being, you will notice that what used to affect you doesn’t any more.
The world around you may not have changed but your reactions to it will have.
Slowly the gifts you bring will help others to find their true self and as each one of you becomes who you truly are, your world will change.
Love will grow; hate will be defeated by that Love.
Love, caring and kindness are what bring light and joy to life.
Learn to forgive yourself for the way things and other people’s actions have made you feel.
Let go of other people’s judgement of you and let go of judgement, it serves no purpose; all it does is keep you from finding peace within.
Let your light shine, illuminating the path in front of you, not only lighting the way for you but also for others.
Lead by example, be the pebble that is thrown into the pond and causes the ripples of change in the world around you.
One person can make a difference and don’t doubt you can be that person.
As your ripples join with everyone else’s ripples, they create a tidal wave of change.
Don’t wait to be swept up in that wave, be a part of creating it and ride it as a surfer rides the waves.
Feel yourself ride the wave of love that is growing in your World, that is spreading and will encompass everything in its path.
Love resides in all of you, you are made of and from Love, you are Love. It is time to be that Love.
Listen to your Heart, your intuition, your instincts, your gut; they are your loving soul speaking to you, guiding you.
