It is time to prioritise your life, the people, the things, the places, the activities.

Before you read any further, please take a few minutes to list everything going on in your life, people – family & friends, both adults and children, pets, work, hobbies, housework, gardening, repairs, everything.

We hope you stopped to make your list, because now we would like you to take it and prioritise everything on it, with the most important last and the least important 1^st. Yes please that way round.

Please take time to do this, it is time to think about your life, the number of hours in the day and how you are using them.

First we have another question for you – Have you included yourself, some “Me Time” on your list?

If you haven’t please add yourself, where do you feel you should come?

Where have you put yourself?

Well the simple answer is that you should be the most important on your list.

Making time for you every day is essential, even if it is only a 15 minute break a couple of times in the day to get some fresh air, recharge your batteries, time to clear your mind.

We can hear many of you saying “but I don’t have time to do that”.  Yes you do and when you realise that by taking the time you can actually save time and achieve more, you will wonder why you hadn’t let yourself before.

What or who is next on your list? This should be your family, wife, husband, partner, children, parents and siblings.

Quality time with family is more important than expensive gifts to keep them occupied. Your time being, playing, learning with each other, your love is what helps keep you all together; learn to listen and make specific times that are for all of you.

What on your list can you all do together? Make it fun, have a laugh, be patient and all muck in; perfection isn’t essential, doing it together is.

Take care of your pets, they rely on you.

Let yourself have a hobby or 2, whether it is one you do alone or with family and friends.

Where did you put work on your list?

Yes work is important, we accept in your world you require money to keep a roof over your head, food on the table and clothes on your back.

Work however is not so important that it robs you of living your life.

You have a saying “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.

What is the point in earning the money if you don’t have time to enjoy life and spend time with family and friends?

Please take another look at your list and at your life.

You are a very special Being, you are you, not your job. You belong to you; you belong to no one else and no one belongs to you.

Free yourself of fear of other peoples judgement, your life and how you choose to live it is none of their business, just as theirs is none of yours.

Make your choices and Live Your Life.
