Courage my little one
You have the heart of a Lion, the courage of a mother’s love for her child, the courage of a great hunter who loves, cares for and feeds his family.
Look at nature, the courage of a seed as it grows through the earth into the sunlight.
The courage of a Butterfly all the processes of change that it goes through to become a Butterfly
The Bees and the Birds that take to the air to find food and shelter

The courage of every living thing that it will learn and grow, be fed and have shelter, they trust in the process of life.
Trust that what is happening in your life is a part of your life’s process.
Not everything is “easy” but your challenges are your greatest gift, they are the magic that transforms your life.
Take a moment to look back on past challenges and times of great change in your life.
Look at the before and after, can you see with hindsight the differences those changes made to your life?
Hold on to the thought that the challenges you are going through are helping you to grow, they are making adjustments to your life, to keep you on your path, supporting you with your life purpose by giving you the experiences/tools for you to share.
Your life is your story and it is for you to write.
Take back the pen from anyone who is trying to write your story and let them get on with their own.
You cannot live your life through others and don’t let others try and live their lives through you.
Tap into the courage within you to listen to and follow your dreams.
Let go of the doubting voices of others and your own inner pessimist; listen to your optimist, your problem solver, your intuition, your gut instincts; they are your guides and guardians.
Have the courage to let go of most of what you have been taught.
You can think of yourself first, you can say Yes to yourself and No to others, it is not selfish; it fact in shows great love to have the strength and courage to say No when something feels not right for you.
The greatest gift you can bring to another can be to say No
Remember if No is a gift to them, then hearing No can also be a gift to you.
Let go of all the walls and barriers you have built up around yourself, with the hope of protecting you.
Those barriers are holding in all the hurt and pain that helped build them and they are stopping you from living your life.
Throw open the doors and windows, throw away the keys, knock down the walls and ditch the box.
They have served their purpose and outlived their usefulness.
The strength of courage is in its caring, gentleness and kindness; take one step at a time, moving through the experiences of life, learning and growing, into the amazing Being you were born to be.
Ask for my help, I am always happy to support you in any way that I can.
