Yes, that is right, that is what I am saying, you should love yourself first.

It is OK to love yourself first.

When you truly love the person in the mirror, then you can truly bring love to others.

Love doesn’t come from outside of you, it is right there in the core of your being.

Your Soul, your Spirit is made of unconditional love and when you are tapped into that love, that is when you can tap into joy and happiness and feel relaxed and comfortable and truly unwind and be at peace with yourself and all that is around you.

Now we get it, life isn’t perfect, well that’s your interpretation.

To us life is perfect, it brings you exactly the experiences that you have chosen.

Now we get that for you some of those experiences aren’t particularly fun but they are experiences all the same, that you have chosen and that your choice of how you react to them, can make them more positive or more negative.

What is going on in your life at the moment?

We don’t need to know the answer. Your Dragon, your Guardian Dragon does know the answer; but it is for you, for you to step back and look at what is going on in your life.

Are you doing your best to see the positives of whatever it is or are you concentrating on the negatives?

Of all the things that are going wrong, could go wrong, have gone wrong?

Please we are asking you, let go of those thoughts and step into the thoughts of “well I may not understand what’s going on but there is obviously a good reason”

As Neale Donald Walsch has been quoted as saying “Perhaps when everything is falling apart, it is actually falling together”

So when you find the love in your heart, find the love for the process, the process of life, the process of change, the process of letting go, the process of allowing new into your life.

The Universe abhors a vacuum and so if something goes from your life, whether you let it go or it is taken from you, the Universe will fill it and it will be with something better.

You never know when you are being lucky and some of what appears to be the unluckiest of times, turn out to be the greatest of luck.

It’s just that it isn’t always bought in the gentlest of ways.

So be gentle with yourself, kind to yourself, loving of yourself and then when you come across others who are struggling, you can help and support them because you do truly understand.
