Are you listening?

To listen is an act of respect, an act of wishing to learn, an act of Love and when you pay attention, having truly listened, then, then you can act with love for yourself, for your children, your elders, for this planet, for nature.

Listening, truly listening is something most of you have forgotten how to do.

To listen is to concentrate and hear what another is saying.

Don’t listen to answer, listen to understand.

If you aren’t sure about what is being said, then ask.

Ask, Ask

When was the last time you asked?

When was the last time you asked your body what it would like in the way of exercise, fresh food and drink?

When was the last time you listened to your children or to the elders in your life, in your family?

When was the last time you stepped out in nature and listened to the sounds that surround you?

Listening is important.

You can learn so much by listening and you can grow from the wisdom of the young child, the elders of your family.

Listen to your heart, what would your heart choose for you to do?

Listen with your heart, to what is being said and what isn’t being said.

Take time to digest what you hear; you don’t always have to respond immediately.

By taking time you will find your actions fit more perfectly for you and for all those around you and for your beautiful planet.

I am your Mother, I love you and I listen to you and yes there are times when I also weep for you but I also laugh with you and love with you and share joy with you.

As a Mother I love you unconditionally and I give you freedom to learn and grow in your own time, in your own way.

You are special to me, every single one of you.

Every plant, every creature, everything that makes up Me and the life that you live, is special to me.

You are an amazing being, it’s time for you to realise just how amazing you are.

Listen, listen, listen
