You are beautiful, from the inside out
Your beauty lies within your heart; it has, not a lot, to do with your external appearance.
What may appear beautiful on the outside can be rotten on the inside.
Know the beauty, the love, the caring, the amazing being that you are on the inside and allow that to shine forth from you.
Release the chains that restrict you from being who you truly are.
Break them, throw them away.
It is time for you to be true to you. To listen to your heart, to your soul, to your dreams.
Yes, we all take in to consideration others and it is not about hurting others.
Sometimes you have to use “tough love” and what others may think of as rejection or hurting them, is actually about empowering them.
In the process of empowering yourself, you empower others.
The empowerment of yourself, is the greatest gift, not just to you but to all those around you, because you then give them permission to break their chains and step in to their own power.
Their own true being, their true self.
For you to know love, know it first for yourself because when you truly love you, can trust yourself, believe in yourself and yes, forgive yourself; praise yourself when you achieve, however small that achievement.
When you can do all this for yourself, you can do it, so much more easily and honestly for others.
Allow yourself to be free, of the chains, the walls, the restrictions, other people’s beliefs, about you and believe in yourself, in your dreams and follow those.
You no longer have to listen to others, the naysayers.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help and support and do listen to guidance. Feel the energy of that guidance and what speaks to you, what feels right for you and you can make your life, the amazing life journey experience it is meant to be.
