No, it is not selfish to love yourself

When you love yourself, you can bring so much more love to others and you can also accept it, with love, from others.

Love brings about peace

Yes, there are times when there have to be situations of tough love and yes we can understand that they can be very difficult for you; but when you love and care for someone enough to support them to support themselves, rather than keep doing it for them, you are showing both them and you a much greater love, than constantly being there and preventing you both from living your own lives.

You are here to live and to experience, to have fun and joy and laughter in your life.

Trust and believe in the guidance of your heart; your heart is your connection to your soul, your soul is your connection to all that is and all that is, is love.

You come from love, you will return to love, it is your choice how much love you choose to bring and experience in this life.

Love stays out of judgement.

Love supports in many different ways, sometimes the greatest support is a No, whether offered or received.

Trust and believe in yourself, in your ability, in your choices and you can live a happy, contented and fulfilled life. Yes, it will still have its ups and downs, the downs, however can be more shallow, if you view them with love and realise that they are a gift.

Follow your heart choices, follow the path of love for yourself and know that you will bring more love to others when you love yourself first.
