So, like a snake, it is important to shed your old skin, your old ways of doing things, your old ways of Being, to make way for the new.

The new cannot come in, until you make space for it and as soon as you start to let go, the Universe abhors a vacuum, it will fill it.

So, if you wish for there to be new in your life, you have to be willing to let go of the old.

Life is a precious gift and although at times it may feel long, it only feels long whilst you are stuck in repeating patterns that have served their purpose.

Change those patterns, stop reacting in the same way, let go and find that your life will change.

You grow, you become a better you, a more evolved you and your world changes.

Trust and believe in your heart choices, listen to your heart and encourage your head to support your heart choices.

Listen to the feelings around what is going on in your life.

If something makes you happy, brings you joy and is fulfilling, then that is what should remain.

But if something makes you unhappy, sad, feels like a waste of time and certainly is not fulfilling in your life, then it is time to let it go.

Give the Universe space for what you are seeking in your life,

If you know what you are seeking, be very clear on asking the Universe but remember to make a space for it in your life.

Be clear, the Universe is very good at bringing exactly what you ask for, so be precise, think very clearly about what you are seeking, in every aspect because you may receive exactly what you have asked for, having missed an aspect that is important to you and that will be missing.

Trust your heart, trust your feelings, let go of the negative naysayer that is your minds thoughts and encourage your mind to support your heart choices.

Shed the old to make way for the new.

You deserve a beautiful, happy and fulfilled life, help yourself to make that happen.
