What are you holding on to?

What are you desperately clinging to? Scared to let go of?

Please give this some thought, some very serious thought, because there is something you are holding on to in your life, that it is time to give freedom to.

At the same time as giving freedom to it, you give freedom to yourself.

The freedom that you give to it, is to choose to stay or leave, if it stays, it stays from choice.

The freedom you give to yourself, is the freedom to step out and make new choices, to live a new life a different life, an expanded life.

Holding on to something or someone that has “served its purpose” in your life, prevents you both from growing.

It may be “comfortable” (and that may be in a very uncomfortable way) but it is what you know and you are scared of what you don’t know.

But what you don’t know, is going to be so much better than you have now.

It may take time, of course it may, there are experiences to have, there are growths to challenge you.

Go out and live your life and if what you are holding on to really doesn’t like you stepping forth into your freedom, then you have definitely done the right thing to give it, its freedom.

And sometimes when you offer that freedom, that “letting go”, the person you find you are freeing, is you.

Be kind to yourself, whatever you are not moving forward from, in your life at this time (whenever that may be that you are listening to this), know that you can and will only grow when you have the courage to step forward into your own future and maybe as you step forward, there will be those things and those people that drop away, that drift away.

They were there at the time you required each other most, now it is time for a new space and potentially new people and new things.

Don’t be afraid to step forward into your future.

You can’t step forward into your future by staying still where you are.

Love, Peace & Light Sweet Soul

Namaste
