Let go of what other people say about you, of what other people say you are, who you are.

You are a unique and individual being and very special when you are being You.

You’re not a copy of anybody else. You are unique and individual.

Please stop trying to be accepted by others, by doing and being and behaving, in ways that you think will help other people like you.

Do not let others judge you for your choices, they are your choices from your knowledge, from your understanding. Nobody knows, truly knows anybody else.

So be true to you.

The only person you are letting down when you are not true to yourself, is yourself.

When other people don’t like something about you, that is their perception and unless you don’t like that aspect of you, then their perception has nothing to do with you. Nothing.

Each and every one of you is totally unique, you have different experiences, different up bringings, different understandings of words, actions and so much more.

Is it time to unlearn some of what you have believed about yourself because of what others have said?

Yes it is.

Trust that you are an amazing, beautiful, loving being and it is exactly right for you to be true to yourself, so that you honour who you are and if others judge you, it is absolutely their stuff, not yours.

Be who you are, don’t listen to others, don’t feel you have to change to keep others happy.

The most important person for you to keep happy, is You.

Love yourself for who You are and only change if You are unhappy with who you are, not if others don’t like who you are.

Some people may drift away from you but the right ones will stay with you and you will find each other, when your energies are truly You.
