Breathe
Breathe deeply, fill your lungs from all the way at the bottom to all the way at the top.
Fill them and then expel that breath, emptying your lungs.
Breathe in and do it again.
Emptying them again, cleaning out all the stale air and debris and feeling the energy of clean, clear fresh air, fill your body.
If you can do this in local woodland, near trees, then do it (during the day).
If not, if you can get somewhere into nature, away from being too close to roads, the cleaner and clearer, the fresher the air, the healthier your lungs will be and the healthier you will be.
There are human conditions, illnesses, ailments that don’t do well in a beautifully oxygenated environment, so the more oxygen you take into your body, keeping your lungs clean and clear, the healthier you support yourself to be.
Have you ever opened a window during a rainstorm, a shower and just breathed in the air? Smelt the rain, that scent that it gives to the earth when it falls?
Open your mind to the different smells and scents around you, those that support you and are healthy, those that are unhealthy – exhaust fumes as an example.
Breathe deeply in the countryside, in the woodlands, in the open fresh air and try not to breathe too deeply at the sides of roads or near factories or anywhere that could be polluting the air.
This is why woodlands are so healthy (during the day), they give off oxygen.
Trust that nature brings everything that you require to be healthy, not just oxygen, clean, clear fresh water, the food that you eat, she even gives you the materials for shelter and for clothing.
Take care of yourself, you can then support taking care of nature.
Please only take what you require and always give back in anyway that you can, to nature.
She Loves You. Nature is Mother Earth, Mother Earth is nature, you are her child, she wishes to support you, keep you healthy and well.
There are many “medicines” that come from nature, they are natural, healthy’ rarely have side effects and they support you in so many ways.
The kinder you are to yourself, the kinder you are to nature, the healthier, you and the planet can become.
We love you as Mother Earth loves you.
