And your little one had no idea how to deal with all these feelings, feelings that were alien to them, feelings that made them so unhappy.

Sit for a while and just remember your little one, that special little being that still resides within you, that may be trying to get your attention because the only one who can “rescue” them is you.

They need to know that You love them, that You care about them, that they are very special to you, that You understand.

That to you, they are very special.

Remember you are now an adult, an adult that has understanding because of all the experiences that you have had and the things that you have seen and witnessed.

But your little one doesn’t understand, they weren’t old enough to understand, they went though it and they struggled with it, whatever “it” was.

From the simplest thing that you may think, from an adult perspective, to injury and trauma and anger and bitterness and pain, physical, emotional and mental.

It can be hard enough for you as an adult when things happen, it was even harder for your little one, that special little being that you were and still resides within you.

As you reconnect to your beautiful inner child and they become happier, they feel loved, your life will change, your feelings will change and you can grow in love for yourself.

You, every aspect of you, should be your priority and having learnt to love yourself, the whole of you, you can bring greater love and understanding, empathy, support and caring to others.

Remember you cannot pour from an empty vessel, be kind to yourself, to all of you.

You are an amazing being, loved by your Creator, loved by your Angels and all your Guides and Guardians.

All the love that you have for others, you are worthy of that love, let yourself Love you, in all your aspects and in all the glory that is you, the special being that you are.
