Let me help you to give life to the seeds of insight and intuition that are waiting for you to acknowledge them and bring them in to the open.

You are very Special ~ Yes you the person reading this right now. It is OK to know and accept how Special you are, especially when you understand that everyone is Special, that no one is more Special than anyone else; that you are all Special in your own unique way. That you are all perfect for the life experiences you have chosen.

It is now time to let go of all your limiting beliefs about yourself. The only one who can do that is you; others can support you but they cannot do it for you.

Help yourself to heal your past, whether you seek cognitive support such as psychotherapy, NLP and hypnotherapy or you may be more drawn to energy healing such as Reiki (as a Reiki Level l  the first person you treat is yourself), Metamorphic Technique, Spiritual Healing, Crystal, Colour or Sound therapies and practises.

Please understand that no one can heal you but you, no one else can re-live your experiences and let them go; only you can do that. All of the above and so many more can help empower your own self healing, find what works for you and allow yourself to be empowered.

Your life is for you to live, no one can make your life happen for you; you have to go out and make it happen for yourself.

Act on the knowledge you already have and seek out courses & workshops that can help you ~ they will only be of use if you act on the information and suggestions they teach you. Just attending the course will not make a difference, acting on what you are taught will.

Step up, step in to your power and as you do feel the life giving energy of my fire support you.
