Remember although each of you are individuals, you are also the Whole, the One, the All. As each of you become true to yourself and accept that for everyone without judgement or feelings of anger, annoyance or fear, Love and Peace can and will grow.

When you learn to say No; is it because you don’t want to help someone or because it doesn’t serve you, serve your life purpose? In fact are you saying No because it would take you away from your life path?

Now open to the fact that when someone else says No to you, it is not a reflection on you, it is where they are on their journey and sometimes the greatest help you can be to others and others can be to you, is to say No.

By all means help others whenever you can and let others help you but let that help be help to help themself or yourself.

The only person who can make your life work for you is you; the only person who can follow your life path is you.

So follow your path, live your life without fear or apology and let others follow their own path and live their own life without fear or apology.

Your lives are all interlinked and each of you has a very specific purpose. Lives will touch yours as your life will touch others; whether for a moment as you pass in the street and share a smile, for a minute as you say hello to someone standing in the same queue as you, for an hour when you attend a meeting or talk, a day or a lifetime.

Know that as each follows their own path, as each becomes true to themselves Peace and Love will grow; paths will become smoother, joy and happiness will abound; your eyes will open to the beauty of your World, to the amazing experience that is your life.

Let go of what others may be thinking of you, your own poisoned thoughts are the ones that are disrupting the well oiled machinery that is life. Everyone is a cog in the mechanism of life and each cog is essential, you are essential to the smooth running of life.

It is time to live your life and let others get on with living theirs so that the world can re-gain its true order.

For those of you who know your path, please follow it, as you are true to you it will become easier TRUST go out and make it happen. Also be open to changes in direction, your full purpose may not have revealed itself yet.

For those of you uncertain about your path TRUST it will reveal itself when the time is right. Keep learning and experiencing, nothing will be wasted; it will all help you along your path.
