A Message from The Gnomes

As we are the guardians of the Earth, so you are the guardians of your body and soul.
What you sew, so shall you reap.
We know you have a tradition of New Year’s resolutions; let Your New Year’s resolution be to be kind to your Mind, Body & Soul.
* For your Mind, stay away from all that is negative. Your news programs, papers and magazines love to report all the bad stuff that is happening in your world.
Give your mind a break and go on a Good News Diet. Every day think of at least one thing that has been good in your day; open your eyes to the good of the sunshine or the rain. Find a piece of good news that has happened in the world. Let these be your Mind’s focus.
Also let laughter into your life, the laughter of your inner child, let yourself play.
* For your Body, let it move, let it stretch. Find your own fun way, walk, run, dance, swim, the more active you are the more active and supple your body will be.
As animals, plants and trees require the right food and water to grow and be strong, so does your body. Think about what you eat and drink, nourish your body.
To be healthy your body also requires both sunlight and darkness each day. Sunshine helps the body to create vitamin D and darkness melatonin; both of which are essential for a healthy body.
Be kind to your body and know everything in moderation, treats are good if they are occasional.
* For your Soul ~ What are you interested in? What intrigues or fascinates you?
Whatever it is, it is your Soul calling to you to learn more, thirsting for new knowledge. Listen to it.
Are you doing a job that fulfils you? ~ Be true to You.
When you go on days out or holidays, do you do what interests you, do you explore places that interest you; do you let yourself experience those things that call to you?
Every time you follow your heart’s choices you nourish your Soul.
You are very special; make 2014 a year for your Mind Body & Soul.
We suggest you keep a diary especially of your thoughts and feelings. At the end of the year go back and read how you felt throughout the year and see how it changes, read about your own growth in your feelings and thoughts; feel the difference in yourself.
