RESPECT

Via Sara Jane

Do you Respect yourself?

You have a saying “Respect has to be earned” and technically this is true.

Respect has to start with yourself. If you cannot respect yourself, your choices, your actions, your deeds, the way you treat others and nature; how can you expect others to respect you?

Learn to live your life from your heart, respecting its choices. When you have a choice and are uncertain which one to take, listen to the whisper of your heart.

Respect each other’s choices for their own life, respect their relationships and belongings and expect the same in return.

You are a very Special Being and it is right that you should love and respect yourself. No one has the right to take this from you, to belittle you or put you down.

That is their insecurities, their lack of love and respect for themself.

Listen to the Wisdom of my words.

When someone does something that hurts you, it is what is going on in their life, it is not a reflection on you.

Sometimes people go into attack mode as a form of protection or because they are embarrassed and don’t know how to handle a situation. You do not need to react or take on their hurt or confusion.

Respect yourself enough to walk away calmly, don’t retaliate; that is what they want, it will help them to feel justified, even “better”.

Retaliation ends up by hurting at least both parties and sometimes involves others.

“Least said soonest mended” is another of your sayings. Especially if something happens in a group situation, have the strength and courage to stay calm and remove yourself from what is happening.

Strength does not lie in retaliation, it lies in understanding that it is that individuals “stuff” and you do not need to be affected by it.

Trust and believe in yourself, in the Special Being that you are.

We Love You and are here for You
