Are you seeing only the surface, rather than opening your eyes to the fact there are greater depths?

Think about a lake, when it is calm and you look down into the waters and they are clear, then you can see potentially to the bottom.

When however, they are disturbed and they are muddy, you can’t see anything.

So, think about your own thoughts when you are looking at things, when you are seeing things and open to your heart, go inwards, find the peace and calm, the tranquillity, the stillness within you, that allows you to see deeper, allows you to see beyond the surface, that allows you to see from your heart, from your soul.

It also supports you to stay out of judgement, it supports you to be more thoughtful and considerate, and know that we don’t all know what is going on in other people’s lives.

We don’t know what is going on between other people, their children, their families, their work colleagues and so much more, their health, their finances.

Life is different for you All and not all of you have it “easy”, some may for a little while, very few may feel they have it easy all the time but most of you will go through your challenges, you don’t have to share them with everybody else.

Support yourself, support others by being open to the fact there are greater depths for each and every one of you.

Open yourselves to the loving, caring Being that you are and you will start to touch other people’s lives more positively and support a better life for yourself.
