Life is proving difficult for many at the moment; this is a time of great change and growth. Hold on to Love, Hold on to Hope.

Let go of what appears to be being taken from you; when you let go it gives the thing or person the choice to stay or go.

Know that the changes are bringing you to something much better. Nothing worth having is easy.

Hold the Love in your Heart for yourself and all those involved in what is happening in your life at the moment.

Let the doors that are closing close. Turn round and look for the doors that are opening for you.

All the experiences you have had in your life to date have been essential and very valuable in helping you to be the very Special Being that you are.

They have also given you knowledge and information that you will require for the future, as well as helping you to stay strong through these current experiences.

Fire in Nature serves a purpose; some seeds require great heat to be able to germinate.

Fire can clear the ground of destructive plants enabling others to grow and thrive where they couldn’t before.

Fire cleanses, yes it destroys but it also brings life and without its warmth your ancestors would not have survived.

Fire is essential in your lives, both its destructive and life giving energies.

Sift through the debris of destruction and you will find new shoots of life, new opportunities, new experiences to explore.

Open to these gifts of life, experiences and opportunities that are being offered to you.

Listen to your Heart as each makes itself known to you; follow the guidance of your intuition.

Life is full of Roses, yes the occasional thorn but these just serve as a reminder and to ensure you are awake and open to the opportunities and experiences available to you.

Feel the Love in your Heart, expand the Flame of Love within you, let it encompass the whole of you.
