A spark of light, an inspiration, a feeling in your gut, intuition, they are all messages from your Soul. Through your heart, through your body, please pay attention.
You are connected to all that is and your Soul is the one that brings you those touches of wisdom, that inspiration, that sparkle of light.
Feel the energy of that thought that strikes you.
How does it make you feel? Hopefully you are thinking “Oh Yes, I like this, Wow, where did that come from”, when you feel that energy.
If others make a suggestion to you and you are not feeling that “Wow, Oh Yes, I like that, where did that come from”, then there is a very good chance it is not for you.
Listen to your gut instincts, it will tell you Yes or No, it will not lie to you.
Your mind, however, won’t necessarily “lie” to you but it is very good at misleading you.
It can be amazingly supportive at times but listen to those thoughts and see how each makes you feel.
Feel your way through the jungle of this life, though the uncertainties, through the mixed messages.
You can do this because there is a spark within your heart that keeps you connected to your Soul and to the Universe and they will not mislead you.
They will keep you on your path, they will guide you with the things that you are here to bring to this lifetime.
Remember you are a gift when you are being totally true to who you are, pure and simple.
And thinking of the word simple, keep your life simple, it does not have to be complicated.
Do not let your mind complicate things.
Simple is best and is the most beautiful and it will support you to live a happy and fulfilled life, leaving you happy and joyful and content and relaxed.
Trust and believe in that spark in your heart, it is the purest essence of you.
