Mother Nature / Mother Earth
You are all my Children, the children of this Beautiful Planet you call Earth.
When was the last time you sat out in the open, under a tree, by a river or lake shore? Did you close your eyes and listen to the Sounds of Nature, the song of the birds, the buzzing of the insects, the wind rustling in the trees or through long grass?
Did you let yourself feel the kiss of the sun, the caress of the breeze, the raindrops on your skin?
When was the last time you watched a thunderstorm, heard the crash of thunder, the pounding of rain on the roof and saw lightening light up the sky?
Go out into Nature and feel your feet on the Earth, feel your connection to all that surrounds you.
Open your eyes and see the grains of sand, each blade of grass, become aware of all the different colours of green, the plants and flowers; the colours and textures of all the different insects and animals that make themselves known to you.
You are very Special & unique, there is no one quite like you, you are perfect, you were born perfect and everything that happens to you only adds to that perfection of the amazing Being that you are.
As much as you are an individual and it is important that you remain true to yourself; you are also an essential part of the whole in your uniqueness.
Learn from the Indigenous Peoples of the World, they are still very connected to the Earth; their wisdom is the wisdom of the Ancestors; the wisdom of those who learned to live as one with all that share this Beautiful World.
They learned how to take only what they required to survive, use it to the fullest and give back so that there is always plenty for the next year and next generation.
I love you All and provide for you All, there is enough for everyone when you re-awaken to the ability to give, to take and to share in equal proportion.
Learn again within your uniqueness to become one with the Earth, with all her inhabitants and your fellow Human Beings.
Learn again to Love Life, to Live Life and enjoy the experiences offered to you.
Learn again to Love Yourself, to trust and believe in the Special Being that you are.
Learn again to follow your Heart.
