It is time to take Flight, Spread your Wings and Trust where your Heart takes you.
You are a beautiful and magnificent being; it is time to shed all the protective barriers you have erected around yourself and let the world meet the true you.
It is time to trust and believe in yourself and share the gifts you bring to the world.
STOP.
Give your mind/ego permission to take a break and listen to your Heart. Your mind/ego comes from fear (false evidence appearing real). The fear is not real; it is man’s way of controlling man by instilling fear.
You are special and unique. Throw away the box with its walls of fear and see the beautiful world that you live on. Help and support others to throw away the box they are trapped in.
Lead by example, show others the way; open to the Love in your heart, a love that connects you to all living beings, that makes you a special part of the whole.

It is time to push the boundaries, to step outside your comfort zone, to free yourself from all the restrictions you have allowed others to put on you.
Learn to say YES to your Heart. Learn to Love yourself. The greater the love you have for yourself, the greater the love you will have for others and your wonderful planet.
You have a saying “United we Stand, Divided we Fall”, Love unites, fear divides. Love, gives you wings, fear keeps you bound.
You are so much more than you can possibly imagine, let go of what binds you, of what is holding you back. And when you do, feel yourself grow, feel your wings unfurl, feel yourself fly free, feel joy and happiness grow within you.
Life is meant to be joyful and happy, close your eyes, come fly with me, feel the freedom that is yours for the taking.
