Laughter

When was the last time you had a really good laugh?

A healthy laugh, fun, enjoyment, not at anybody’s expense but just pure happiness and joy.

When was the last time you did that with family, with friends, even just on your own, when you were listening to something or watching something, that was just so funny, you had a really good laugh?

Laughter that brings tears to your eyes and streaming down you cheeks. Laughter that not just has a smile on your face, you feel it in your whole body, you feel it in your eyes, you feel it in your heart and your soul.

Laughter is the best medicine, so allow yourself to laugh.

You have a technique called Laughter Yoga and it is just about laughing and it may sound forced to start with but the more you laugh, the more you laugh.

Have you ever been in a room where somebody starts laughing and they have a really contagious laugh and even if you weren’t feeling like laughing, suddenly you find yourself laughing.

Try it, try just laughing but maybe you feel you have to start with a smile.

There is a quote you have “Laughter is a smile that breaks” ~ let your smile burst into laughter and enjoy the experience.

This is your life to live as you choose. Invite fun and joy and laughter into your life on a regular basis, it will make you feel so much better.
