New Beginnings ~ Out with the Old, In with the New
You see the 1st January as a time to make a New or Fresh start; to make New Year’s Resolutions, to start diets or give up smoking or some such. But every day is a New Beginning; each Morning is the start of a New Day, the opportunity to say this is my life and to choose what you wish to do with it, to experience, to feel, to achieve, to explore.
You don’t have to wait for 1st January to make changes, to take control, to be true to yourself, to value and honour who you are. It is time right here right now to shed those layers you have been hiding behind. It is time to show yourself and the world who you really are, to share your gifts and to receive those that others are waiting to share with you.
If you were told you could do anything you wanted to ~ what would you choose? So what’s stopping you? Go make it happen, take the first step. Learn to say yes to yourself; learn to stand on your own 2 feet and let others stand on theirs.
Whilst being true to yourself you can still support others to be true to themselves. When you get out of your own way, you get out of theirs as well.
While you do for others and others do for you neither of you can get on with living your own life to the fullest. We are not saying don’t help others, by all means do but help them to help themself and let others help you to help yourself.
You are all born with the tools to be able to fulfil your life purpose; honour and value yourself and these tools will make themselves known to you.
We suggest you sit quietly to reflect on your life so far; allow yourself to become aware of everything you have achieved. Start that list with learning to talk, walk, run, read, write etc, etc, etc.
Yes these are achievements and there are so many more. List them all however small or insignificant they may appear to be to you; some of the smallest will turn out to be the most powerful & beneficial, that one thing that makes a real difference.
You are an amazing being with so much to offer the world if you will be true to yourself. It is time to shed that cloak of invisibility, to stop worry about what others may think. Lead by example and encourage others to value and honour themself.
You Can Do It ~ You Can Be Who You are Meant to Be. Start Today Right Here in the Present. Tomorrow is in the Future ~ Now is all that truly Matters.
