Life is a flow, it’s not meant to be a struggle.

If you are struggling, then maybe you are trying to fight against the flow of your life.

Yes, life will bring you challenges and there will be the twists and turns of your life, just as there are with the flow of rivers and streams. Just as the waves crash on the shore, on the incoming tide and just as they flow backwards very strongly with the outgoing tide.

So  Yes, there will be the difficult times and they are sent to challenge you but if everything seems to be going wrong, if you seem to be scrabbling and getting nowhere, then maybe, just maybe it is time to look at your life, let go of what isn’t working and open to the new opportunities and challenges that will present themselves to you as you let go of the old.

Yes it is always scary to take that leap of faith but the Universe is asking you to take that leap of faith if everything seems to be going against you.

And watch as you take the courage in your hands to let go of that which isn’t working and make way for that which is waiting to come into your life.

If you have a full life, you leave no room for anything new to come in, something has to give.

So are you ready to take your courage in your hands, to let go of the old to make way for the new and dive in to new challenges and experiences that are waiting for you when you take your courage in your hands.

Going with the flow of life is good and always brings to challenges, only those you are capable of coping with.

If they get beyond that point, it’s the Universe asking you to let it in and it will come in, just be open to it.

Live your life for you, enjoy your life, experience your life, open to the challenges that stretch you and help you grow into the next best you you can be.
