Love is the most important building block of life.
Love is all there is.
Listen to your Heart; Listen to the Love in your Heart.
War and fighting does not come from Love.
It is time to heal the hurts that have resulted in mankind ignoring the Loving Being that they truly are.
It is time to reconnect to the loving, beautiful, trusting, compassionate, innocent child that resides in all of you.
As you learn again to love and trust yourself, to be aware of the beautiful Being that you are, of the love that is you; so you can help rebuild your crumbling world.
Yes she is crumbling around you, with every tree you fell, every river you pollute, every bomb you drop.
Humankind is being far from kind to itself and the Earth; you are meant to be the caretakers, yet you are the destroyers of the beautiful gift of Life.
It is time to be counted; it is time to say enough is enough. It is time to make your voice heard and it is time for all to listen.
Love is who you are, open to that Love, find the flame of Love in your Heart, however tiny it may be, it is there, feed it.
As you nourish that Love, by growing in Love for yourself (yes it is OK, it is more than OK to Love yourself), your flame will grow, it will expand, filling your Heart, slowly filling your whole Being and then out beyond your physical form.
The more the Love within you grows, the more Love you share, the more you care, the more Love there is for everyone.
Throw your Love out there like a pebble into a pond and watch the ripples, tiny at first, start to grow.
Send and offer Love to all regardless of age, race, colour, creed or their actions; only Love can negate the hurt and the pain.
Forgive yourself for your own actions that are not founded in Love.
Remember saying NO can be the greatest act of Love you can give someone.
Yes there are times when each of you will require help and support and it is important that you all work as a team to preserve Life and your planet.
Hearing No means there is something better, other possibilities; be open to them.
You all have your own path, your own special gifts and each one of you honouring those is essential to a happy and safe world, prosperous in Love and Caring.
Be gentle with yourself, be firm and confident, use your voice, make it heard.
The Love you bring, in the form you bring it, is your gift to the world, to Life and to Love.
Tune into the Love that is You Sweet Soul
