You were born perfect, it is only what others have said and done, that has changed you from that perfection.

It is time to come out from under all the misconceptions about yourself, to let go of what other people have said and thought about you.

It doesn’t matter, that’s their stuff; it may have been what parents and teachers wished for you but what do you wish for yourself?

It is so important to be yourself.

If you look at my crystal, it is like there are little snowflakes within me, some would call them imperfections.

You have inclusions like my snowflakes and they make you the amazing being you are, they are your uniqueness, whatever that may be for you.

Don’t let others tell you there is something wrong with you. For many of you, it is now what they are calling neurodiversity.

You are all wired slightly differently, some more than others, which is what makes you unique. Just because others can’t understand the way you think and what you can’t understand, doesn’t make you wrong, it just makes you, You.

There are always many sides, to things, after all is it a 6 or 9, depending on how you look at it, it can be either.

You all understand words differently, depending on the experiences you have had in your life. You will also find some things easy and others difficult.

Concentrate on the things you find easier and enjoy, they are where your strengths lie, trust and believe in yourself, you are an amazing being, a gift of light to this world.

Whatever your understandings of your life and the world around you, unless somebody says something that makes perfect sense to you, be true to your understandings.

Yes, it is important to listen to others but it is even more important to listen to your heart and trust your intuition, your gut instinct and let others listen to themselves, their heart, their gut instinct.

Just because something is right for you, doesn’t make it right for everybody else.

Those who talk to you and try to change your mind, thank them for sharing their perspective but be true to what speaks to you.

Always trust and believe in yourself.
