You giving yourself permission to speak your truth, your understanding, supports others to do the same.

But also when you open up, you can listen to potentially the other persons side of the story. What was going on for another at the time something happened, that then affected you.

But if you didn’t know what was happening or weren’t of an age to understand, then the affects on you could potentially be harmful and damaging to your awareness of yourself.

Finding your voice is about being true to you, being aware of you, being honest to yourself about who you are.

There is an amazing Being inside of you, it is your choice and your choice alone to allow him or her to find their voice, to be honest and truthful first and foremost to yourself, about who you are.

And it may take time to find out who that was, especially if you have felt unwanted, unloved, not good enough, judged by others from an early age.

It is time to let go of all the old teachings of who others thought you should be and only take with you into your next step, those aspects that really resonate with you.

Let go of the old, the unwanted, the aspects of you that aren’t you, let go of them and open to the real you.

It may take exploring, it may take different experiences, to really find out who you are.

You are an amazing Being, it is time to be true to you, to be honest with yourself and others, so that you live your life to the fullest.

Learn to love yourself, care about yourself and your life will bring more loving and caring to others.
