Love has to start from within you.

Love does not come from outside of you; it starts from within you.

It is time to grow, to expand that flame within you

First and foremost, for you

Support that flame, fan that flame, feed that flame.

Let it grow, let it fill your chest cavity, consume your whole body, totally surround you, that you sit within that flame of love, that you radiate that love.

It is not the love that you give to others that you will receive, it is love that you give to yourself, that you will receive from others.

So, if you don’t love yourself, you will never experience a true love from another.

Love yourself enough to only wish the best for yourself; to choose the best for yourself, to accept and experience the best for yourself.

You are amazing, you are special (just as everybody else is).

Every single one of you is made of love, deserves love but first and foremost from yourself.

And Yes, it is Ok to love yourself, don’t let anybody tell you any different.

Loving yourself means that you can truly love others and love them in the purest way, the kindest way, the most caring and loving way.

First and foremost, you have to feel that for yourself, so trust and believe in you, have love for yourself, care for yourself and once you do that you can bring so much more to others.
