So, what are you bringing to your life?

Think about it, think about your life on a daily basis, do you just exist through your day or do you take control of it and guide it?

Because this is your life to live.

Yes, especially if you have a home, a family, there are those mundane’s of life but life isn’t all about the doing, it’s about Being.

What thigs do you do together as a family, that create the amazing Beings that you are.

Do you just sit and watch television or films or do you go out for walks and other experiences?

 What you put into life, is what you will get out of life.

So, if you put nothing into life, other than I’ve got to go to work, I’ve got to go to school, I’ve got to do the washing, I’ve got to do the ironing, I’ve got to do the cooking, I’ve got to do this, I’ve, got to do that; that is existing through life, not living it.

But do you give yourself and your family those chances to do different things, to experience, to have fun and laughter?

Yes, you require security but can you not give it some spark, help yourself to enjoy what you do, because by enjoying what you do, you are creating more of an experience than by just existing day to day.

You are in control of your life and you can make choices but remember making no choice is to make a choice. So, you may as well choose.

Learn, grow, become more of who you are here to be.

Supporting and encouraging your children to be more of who they are here to be.

They are not here to be your clone, they are unique individuals, just as you are a unique individual.

Be true to your uniqueness, specialness, because Yes, because each and everyone of you is special, in your own unique way.
