We are the Spirits of your home, we watch over it, your pets and your garden.

We come out at night and listen to you during the day.

Share your troubles with us as you do your housework, clean the dishes, make the beds.

Then as you take a break with a cup of tea, coffee, water … be still and listen, feel, sense our suggestions to help and support you.

Let us help you to let go.

Let us help you to find pleasure and relief in the running of your home, the gardening, the taking care of your pets.

The running of a home isn’t a chore, it is a gift, a roof over your head, a place you feel safe, a place where you are protected from the outside elements, where you are warm, safe and dry.

Use the “chores” as a release, a breathing space, a time to off-load any anger and frustrations you may have within your life.

A time to appreciate the gift that your home is by respecting it.

That does not mean we are asking you to spend all your time cleaning, tidying and gardening.

Your life is for living, experiencing, learning, growing and chores should never be used as an excuse not to experience something else or to be with family and friends.

Love your home but don’t let it rule your life.

This is the beginning of a New Year, take some time to review your life, your priorities – Do you need to make changes?

Seriously think about it; sit with pen and paper and make 2 lists, everything that is important to you and everything that you do.

Now put each list into the order of its importance to you and then add how much time you spend doing each thing or being with each person.

Take a good long look at the results and promise yourself that you will make the changes you know you need to make.

Happiness comes from within, find the happiness and joy that is generated within from all that you do, in all the people that you spend time with.

If you struggle to find happiness in those people and things, then limit your time being with them, doing them.

By sharing your thoughts, your feelings, your frustrations with us, you are opening up to the answers to making those changes in your life.

Remember all of us here in the Mythical Realm are here for you, all you have to do is ask us and we will help you in any way that we can; just be willing to help yourself.

You can make this an Amazing Year, we hope you will.
