Who are you today? YES ~ Who?
Are you being true to yourself? Are you being honest with yourself? Are you living in integrity and honouring what feels right for and to you?
Do you believe in everything you are doing and saying? Does the way you are behaving and the ethics you live your life by make you happy?
STOP. Sit and think about these questions, how they make you feel and answer them honestly by listening to your feelings and your heart.
If your answer is YES to all of these questions you are ready to stretch yourself, to move outside your comfort zone, to step into the next challenge.
New challenges are always exhilarating, even if they are a little scary and you are ready to meet it full on. Go for it.
If your answer is No to one or more, that is OK and we are here to support you in overcoming those things that are holding you back from living your life more truthfully and fully.
Our suggestion is that you take things one step at a time and go through these at your own pace.
Is there one of the above questions that you are thinking “No, well sort of” or “Yes, well not quite”?
This should be the easiest step as you are nearly there. Ask our support and we will be there with you. Let yourself relax, whether that is going for a walk, having a massage or a nice long soak in the bath and just become aware of you. Be still, sense and feel you. Which action, thought, words feel best to you? Help you feel at peace with yourself?
Be true to your feelings, your gut instinct, your intuition. Say NO to the doubts and uncertainties that begin to creep in, keep feeling the certainty of your very first reaction, thought, feeling; they are coming from that place of love deep within you.
Let go of outside pressures to “conform” to stereotypes; you are an individual, unique and very special. You are perfect when you are being true to you.
As you come to say yes to all the questions, notice how much better you feel. Feel your confidence and sense of self-worth grow, be aware of the strength and courage this brings you. Notice the changes that occur in your life, some subtle and others are very obvious.
There will be those people and things that will move on and others that will come in supporting and enhancing your growth; opening you up to new challenges and experiences which are waiting for you.
Where ever you are in your life know that you are Special, that no one is more or less Special than you. That the only person you have to please is yourself, that you can shed your many coloured coats and just wear the one that is your true colour.
