Cyclops

One Eyed Giant from Greek Mythology

Via Sara Jane

You have two eyes to see, two ears to hear and a mouth to speak. What ratio do you use them in?

Do you spend more time seeing/watching and listening/hearing or speaking?

You learn by listening and watching; when you speak you only repeat what you already know.

When you look at others and the world around you, do you really see?

How fully do you use All your senses?

When was the last time you stopped to smell the flowers, breathed in the fresh air after it has rained?

When was the last time you really saw all the colours that surround you in Nature?

When was the last time you felt the breeze, the warmth of the sun, the grass between your toes, waves wash over your feet?

When was the last time you listened to the songs of the birds, the wind in the trees, all the sounds of nature?

When was the last time you tantalised your taste buds with fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices?

To keep your senses sharp use them; to fully experience life pay attention to the messages they bring you.

Yes, each of your senses is a gift, a gift that helps you to live, learn, grow and experience life – use them.

You have another gift, your heart, which is your connection with your soul ~ listen, allow yourself to hear its guidance.

Be aware you have a third eye, right in the middle of your forehead; allow yourself to learn to use your third eye to see, to see what your physical eyes cannot; it is the eye of your heart, of your soul.

Fully experiencing your senses feeds your soul.

Allow yourself to experience life, every aspect of it feeds your soul.

Every experience, every feeling, every sensation is a gift to your soul.

You are your soul having this physical experience.

Be open to all that life brings to you Precious One.
