Yes, you are here to be challenged.

Challenges help you to grow

Learn from your challenges and be grateful for them, they are a gift that you have given yourself before you came here, before you took your human form.

Life is a journey, a journey of experiences, of challenges, of opening your eyes, your mind and your heart.

One of your biggest challenges will be, letting go of all that others have told you, you are and you should be.

It is time to find yourself underneath everything, everybody has ever told you about you, that is from their perspective

There is a beautiful being of light waiting to shine their light, to open their gift, that will enhance who they are and will support others to open their gifts.

You are a light but take it out from where it is hidden, it is time to shine it.

You are a beautiful being of light, trust and believe in yourself.

When asked to do something, does it resonate or does it grate?

Does it feel right or is something off?

Listen to your intuition, your gut instincts, your inspirations. They are all your heart and your soul speaking to you.

You monkey mind has a purpose but it is not to stop you from doing the things that really do feel right for you.

Trust and believe in your heart, follow your heart but as the saying goes “don’t forget to take your mind with you”.

Ask that your heart and your mind work together, to make your heart choices happen, rather than your ego mind trying to prevent you from moving forward in your life, from growing.

Trust and believe in yourself, as we trust and believe in you
