Some are sent as a diversion, some are sent to really challenge you and to find out if that is really what you wish in your life.

Others are a real gift, within the challenges they create is a much greater gift than you may consider at the time.

Open to the obstacles and challenges in your life, welcome them, rather than getting stressed and angry.

Yes, there are times when they are difficult, when they really do challenge you and they can upset you but then open, down the live is there a much bigger picture?

Everything in your life happens for a reason, sometimes you will discover that reason, other times you may not.

But an obstacle can also be there to protect you and you may never know the reason or what it is protecting you from.

Think about those times in your life when you were in a hurry and traffic lights turned red or get stuck at a junction, there could be a bigger reason.

Trust the Universe knows what it is doing.

Yes, it is important that you have aspects of control in your life but that control is control your reactions, your actions, how you think, what you do.

You have no control over others, as they should have no control over you.

It is your life and it is for you to make your own choices but know that the Universe will guide you at times, it just may not feel like guidance.

Trust in yourself, trust in the Universe and know that the challenges and obstacles in life are actually a gift from the Universe.
