Green
What do you think of when you hear or see the colour green?
Do you think of jealousy or do you think of healthy eating or do you think of a beautiful green lawn or the green of a woodland?
What was the first thought that came to you?
Let’s explore each one in turn.
“The green-eyed monster of jealousy” was that your first thought?
Is that because you are experiencing it, that you feel you are envious of someone else or do you feel that energy being aimed at you?
Either way, let go of it, it serves you no purpose.
There is no point in envying what others have. Look at what you have and if you would like something different, then it is important that you make that happen for you.
You all make your own choices, the choices of the things that you experience, the choices you spend your money on.
There is no point in looking at somebody else and being envious of them, if you are choosing to spend your money elsewhere.
And if they have more money than you, how hard do they work for that?
And how hard do you work? We are not saying you don’t work hard but think about what you do have.
There is always going to be someone out there that you think has more than you or better than you but you have no idea how they’ve got to that point, it may not have just been handed to them on a plate.
Think about it, Let it go.
The green of grass, are you blessed to be surrounded by greenery? The green of the grass, the green of the trees, the green of the plants.
A healthy garden, a healthy landscape; enjoy it, open your eyes to it, make the most of it.
And healthy eating, although you should eat in full colour, yes greens are important but not everyone is best suited to greens and sometimes you require more greens than others but remember there is much more to a healthy diet than green leaf and green food.
Eat the rainbow.
Red: beets or beetroot, depending on where you live, are really healthy, especially raw.
Orange: carrots and so many more, oranges
Yellow: Lemons and I am sure you can think of many more fruits and vegetables that come under that category.
Green: Green for the Heart Chakra, because yes, the colours of the rainbow are the colours of your Chakras, your main energy centres.
So, by eating a balanced diet of colours you feed all your energy centres.
Blue: Water
Indigo: some berries and others
Violet: purple grapes and so much more.
Support your body, your health, your whole system, with a healthy diet of colour.
And going back to the green of the grass and trees, nature isn’t about one colour.
Going back to the green of jealousy, it is one colour in the beautiful gift of the rainbow, emerge it into all the colours and make it just a part of the beautiful multicoloured life that you paint for yourself.
Because it is up to you the paints you put on your canvas to create your life.
Live in full colour Sweet Soul
Namaste
