You are You

Nobody else can be you, any more than you can be anybody else.

Each and every one of you is unique, so be yourself.

If you are trying to copy others, trust and believe in you and you will draw the right people to you.

Believe in yourself, have faith in yourself, have courage to be yourself.

It is very possible you may require to strip away the layers of what others have told you, you should be, you should do, how you should live your life.

What feels right for you?

If you didn’t have others saying, do this, do that, do the other, don’t do this, don’t do that, don’t do the other; what would you be doing?

It’s your choice, this life is your choice.

Yes, you have challenges thrown at you, they are all part and parcel of this journey of yours.

But meet those challenges head on, don’t try and avoid them.

When you meet them head on, not only do you grow but you find they weren’t quite as difficult as you thought, in the majority of cases.

If you try and skirt things, if you try and avoid things, go round them, over them, under them, rather than through them, they won’t go away until you go through them.

They are part of your journey to getting back to yourself.

You are you and nobody else can be you.

You are unique, you are perfect for the journey you have chosen for this lifetime.

Step into who you are, don’t let others dictate to you or manipulate you or bully you, into things that do not feel right for you, that don’t resonate, that go against the grain with you.

Be true to you.

Love yourself enough, respect yourself enough, to say No, to the people and things that do not work for you.
