All the challenges you experience are the “pressure” that helps you to become an exquisite diamond.
Every challenge helps to form a new facet.
Accept your challenges as a gift you have given yourself.
See them for the positive they bring into your life.
They help you to chip away at the old, revealing the beauty and the fire that resides within you.

We would like you to STOP, be Still, to Breathe.
Now from an outsider’s perspective look at what is currently going on in your life.
Stay detached, as if what you are witnessing is happening to someone else.
Let the whole scenario play out; ask yourself questions and listen for your answers, no excuses.
What suggestions would you make to someone going through this?
Don’t just think the answer; speak it out loud as if you were sharing your thoughts and suggestions with another.
You are all very good at giving advice to others; it is time to listen to your own.
Now sit or go for a walk and think about these suggestions you have given yourself; how are you going to proceed?
Remember to listen to your heart.
Your story is a gift, not just to you but to all those that hear it.
Many of your teachers and those that inspire you today, willingly share their story.
Some have lost everything, some have had major health issues, and others have had a breakdown.
Their journey, the fact that they have come through it stronger and better than before, is an inspiration to you.
Let your journey through these times and past times be your inspiration to others.
Even if you only help one person and then they go on to help another and so on; you will have bought an amazing gift that in its own way will help touch many lives.
You are like that piece of coal and through difficult time realise the challenges put you under pressure, a pressure that turns you in to a beautiful diamond, rough around the edges to start with but slowly as you chip away that which has served its purpose you are turned into the exquisite brilliant cut diamond that you are.
You are a true treasure, a treasure that your Guardian Dragon guards and guides.
