Nature is full of music, for those of you who choose to listen.
The trickling of a stream, the wind in the trees, the birds singing, the buzzing of Bees and insects.
All of these we hope you are aware of.
When was the last time you spent just a little time in Nature, listening, connecting, feeling?
Maybe it is time to spend some time with your feet on the earth, or in the sand, on the grass.
Let your skin connect with Mother Earth, feel her energy as it flows from your feet up into your whole body, energising, grounding, supporting you.
And as your feet touch the earth, let yourself feel the vibration of her sound, of her energy.
Let your ears listen, let your eyes see.
Help yourself to be in tune with all of nature because you are a part of nature and nature is a part of you. You cannot survive without her, She is the force that gives you life.
Honour that life, honour yourself, honour nature.
Listen to her music and let the joy flow through you. Let yourself dance, let yourself sing.
Let yourself join in with the beauty and the wonder of this beautiful planet and the life that She brings.
You are amazing and nature, Mother Earth, Gaia, Pachamama, loves you, her child.
It is time to realise, accept, be open to, the fact that you are one with the earth and all that lives, in, on and above her.
Be true to you, Be true to her and you will blossom and grow into the most beautiful flower that you are meant to be.
