Listen to the sounds of nature; the buzzing of the insects, the songs of the birds, the calls of the animals, the wind in the trees as it rustles the leaves, the waves on the seashore, the trickle of a brook or stream. Nature’s music, her song
Watch the clouds as they float across the sky, butterflies and bees as the go from flower to flower collecting nectar, the birds as they collect twigs and moss for their nests or insects and grubs to feed their young, young animals playing.
See the colours in the sky, sunset and sunrise, the clouds, the shimmer of the sun or moon on the waters, reflections in ponds and lakes, the colours of the flowers, the different greens and reds of the leaves, the autumn yellows and russets.
Feel the warmth of the sun, the caress of the breeze, the wind as it blows through your hair, the kiss of the raindrops as they touch your face, the waves as the lap over your feet, snow as it melts on your skin, the joy in your heart as you watch the wildlife.
Nature is filled with wonder and magic, the miracle of life.
Open your heart and your mind to all that surrounds you.
Spring is an amazing time for watching as the trees start to leaf, flowers pop up from their slumber in the earth, new life is everywhere.
Now that you have opened to the beauty that surrounds you, it is time to open to the beauty that is you.
Yes you are beautiful. Only beauty can be born out of Love and our Creator only creates with Love; Mother Nature only creates with Love, therefore you are beautiful.
Open to the love that is within you for you.
Open to the very Special Being that You are.
Open to the gifts that you bring, the reason you are here.
If doors are closing for you, know that others are waiting to open for you when you are ready to turn round to see them.
Let go of the past, you don’t live there anymore.
Here and now is all that matters, you are all that matters.
When you are true to you, you are true to everyone around you.
Listen to your Heart, watch for those new doors opening, see the opportunities that are showing themselves to you and feel the difference all this makes in your life.
