Acknowledge it, let it be and just keep going forward.

Many of your challenges in life are a gift that you are giving to yourself.

From every challenge you learn and you grow and you become a greater version of yourself.

Keep growing, keep learning, keep going.

You can do this.

Whatever life “appears” to be throwing at you at the moment.

Break it down.

Break it down into small parts, more easily digestible parts, easier to cope with parts.

By breaking it down, by taking one step at a time, one piece at a time, one section at a time and dealing with that, finishing with that and moving on, you will find that you get through quicker, that it becomes easier, that you understand, you become aware of the learning, of the growth, of the amazing experience you have given yourself.

Yes, you are doing this to you, you are doing this for you, it is a gift.

So, when you have struggles and uncomfortable moments in your life, view them as a gift and the way you look at it, your perception of it, will slowly change your view of it and your perception of it.

With every step, something within you, within your life will change and it will change for the better.

Grow from your struggles, your challenges, learn to use each as a stepping stone.

Yes, you may have to let go of friends or family members, or places or a job or something that you think you love and you can’t do without but in the letting go you make way for something better to come into your life.

So, stop trying to ignore what is going on in your life and start facing it, looking it in the eye and rather than “Why me” “Try Me”.

You have some wonderful sayings, listen to them, they are guidance bought to you by your Soul to support you.

You are loved just as you are, in every aspect of you and as you grow that love remains for you.

You are Amazing, Trust & Believe in Yourself
