This is your life for you to live from your heart, the experiences you choose.

Yes, as a child it is important that your parents took care of you and yes, they made decisions for you.

You’re an adult now, it is time to make your own choices and to follow your own path.

Some may come along with you, you may end up by leaving others behind and you will meet many more along your path.

It is your life journey, your experiences and it is important that you listen to your heart, to what speaks to you and although others may not understand, at least if you have explained to them, it is their choice to accept it or not.

It is your choice to say this is my life, this is what I am doing with it.

It is up to each of you to make your own mistakes, to learn your own lessons.

You are an amazing Being and you are unique, don’t die a copy of what others want for you, when it is not what you would choose for yourself.

Be true to you, find your voice, be gentle and kind, strong and firm, they will come round or you will have to leave them where they are, that is their choice.

It is not for you to live your life for others or for others to live their life for you.

By being true to you, you support others to be true to themselves.

Trust in your voice, your heart
