Do you feel you have choices?

You are an individual, a very special and unique being.

This is your life, live it.

Choose your experiences, don’t be dictated to by others.

Learn to stand up for yourself and say “No”.

If you feel you are being treated like a puppet – cut the strings, learn to stand on your own 2 feet.

Yes, there may be times when it feels like you are taking a tumble or fall but there is a gift in every experience.

Get back up and use that experience as a learning curve, a stepping stone that moves you forward – take the next step.

No one can manipulate you, mould, you, shape you or use you without your permission.

If you feel this is happening to you, it is time to Stop it.

Dig deep find the love and strength within to say “No – No more” and take back control of your own life.

Stop living other people’s lives for them and/or stop using other people to live your life for you.

It is never too late for a new experience, a new challenge.

I f anyone asks why, you don’t have to explain or find excuses for being true to yourself.

You wear a coat of many colours, you are made of light, air and earth, you are one with the planet and with each other and you are still an amazing individual.

Let your light shine, let your colours brighten up your life and that of all those around you.

First share your smile and love with yourself and then share it with others.

Respect other people’s choices and ask them to respect yours.

Never judge and don’t accept other people’s judgement of you.

Remember when you judge, you define yourself and not the other person.

You have many friends in spirit, they are all here for you, to guide and guard you – just ask and we can help and support you.

The answer may not always be when you wish it or what you hope for but it will always be the right answer at the right time for your highest good.
