When was the last time you stopped and took time for yourself?

It is important. It is important to take a break, a regular break in your day, just to give your mind and your body a chance to catch up with all that you’ve been doing and a little bit of regeneration, recuperation.

Take a break and go outdoors.

OK we get it, if it’s raining that may not be so easy to do but if the sun is shining, give yourself the chance to go out and get some fresh air and some sunshine and if you can a walk, some exercise.

Everything grinds to a halt if it doesn’t get a chance to take a break.

A mechanism that is not maintained can faulter and can stop.

The same goes for you.

We have a reputation for glitches in mechanisms and technology. There is usually a very good reason, pay attention to what is going on.

Sara knows from her own experiences with us and we have helped her and she has genuinely acknowledged that and Thanked us, because she has understood.

Please don’t make us bring you glitches.

When you take a break and give yourself a breather, we won’t need to do it for you; but we will, as will your body eventually say, I can’t do this anymore.

Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve been going on a holiday and you’ve been working really hard to make sure everything is ready to go and then suddenly when you feel, great, wonderful and then suddenly your body  your body’s gone oh great, wonderful and you have felt unwell for the first part of your holiday?

Because you haven’t listened to your body, you’ve pushed it too hard.

You know your car needs a service but it oh we’ll get to the next 1,000 miles, we’ll get to the next 1,000, we’ll get to the next 1,000 and then your car breaks down.

Or I know the trye needs changing, I know it needs changing, I know it needs changing, ooops I’ve got a fine, its illegal.

Listen to your body, take the breaks, let yourself reenergise and recuperate and you will keep going beautifully.

Feed it well, water it well but also rest your mind, give it a break. You will find your intuition flows so much better when you still your mind and give it a break from concentration.

Learn is good, breaks can help you to learn. Breaks can help you to achieve so much more because you aren’t so tired, you pick up on things more easily and more quickly.

We may not have the most brilliant of reputations but our heart is in what we do, our love for you is in what we do because we care about you and for you.
