It does not matter what your “role” in life is, the job you do, it is that you come from your heart with what you do.

Everybody when they are being true to themselves, is essential to the mechanism of life.

Look at Nature, every insect, every animal, every plant, every tree, every organism is essential to the balance and the health of your planet.

Without the lowest/smallest forms of organism, the ones above it cannot thrive.

Without the top of the chain the ones below it can become too powerful and obliterate the ones below them.

It is about balance.

Think about Life, the balance of human life. The order of jobs. If every company was made up of CEO’s and chief executives, who would manufacture the products?

If every hospital was just about the surgeons and the top doctors, who would make sure that the patients are with them, who would make sure that the wards and corridors are kept clean?

Look at your streets, why are they dirty, why is there so much litter, because humans can be very thoughtless and inconsiderate and so the street cleaners are essential so that you are not walking waist deep in litter.

The cleaners, the porters, those that work on the production lines, the builders; every role in your society creates the whole.

Take out a role and the whole thing can crumble or stop working properly.

Everyone is important, is essential and that includes you.

Trust and believe in these words, help yourself to grow in Love, Thought, Care, Consideration and Respect for yourself and the energies that you bring.

Accepting that everyone else is as important as you, regardless of your role, regardless of their role.

Learn from Nature, her cycles of life, the way she operates.

Give yourself a break, give others a break.

Be true to you Sweet Soul
