Peace, lies within you

Love & Peace are at the core of your Being

Peace doesn’t come from without, in fact anything worth having is right there inside of you

You have everything that you require for a loving, peaceful, happy, joyous life

Find the beauty in everything

Go out and have some fun, enjoy yourself, realise that everything that surrounds you, the nature that surrounds you, is a beautiful gift.

Look at the colours, whether it is a blue sky and sunshine or watch the clouds, maybe the sun is behind and the rays of the sun as they come out of the sides of the clouds.

When was the last time you really looked at your surroundings, at nature?

Watched a bumble bee as it landed on a flower, a butterfly, a dragonfly.

Do you have foxes that visit your garden or badgers or hedgehogs?

Do you put out a nut spring or seeds or fat for the birds? Do you sit and watch them?

Do you watch as the bulbs shoot from the ground, the leaves start to unfurl from the trees?

Do you watch the passing of time in nature?

We are coming out of Winter in the Northern Hemisphere, yes it is still very cold but you can see the shoots on the trees, no they’re not in leaf yet but watch.

And if it is Autumn where you are, when you read/listen to this, watch the changing colours, if it Spring the Daffodils. Watch the colours of the flowers start to appear.

And if it is Winter the crisp mornings, the bright blue skies, the frost, the snow but feel the rain regardless of the time of the year it is.

Find beauty, find joy, find happiness in all of this because it is right there in you when you open your eyes, open your ears and open your heart.

Open your heart and you will find Love, Peace, Happiness, Joy, Contentment.

Stay out of judgement, live from your heart, seeing the beauty in everything that surrounds you.
