Life has many forms

Open your eyes, let yourself truly see what surrounds you

The smallest shoot to the largest tree

The tinniest creature to the biggest whale

The streams, rivers, lakes and seas that are the life blood of your planet

The valleys, mountains, plains, forests, that are home not just to people but also to plants and animals.

The diversity of life that cleans and purifies your air and gives you oxygen, the forests and trees that are the lungs of your planet

Let yourself feel

Feel the warmth of the sun, the chill of the wind, the rain as it falls on your skin.

Feel the energies of the different seasons, the cycles of day and night, the cycles of the moon, the cycle of life and death.

Open your heart and your mind to this gift, this experience of life.

Yes life is an experience, a gift you have given yourself.

Your spirit made choices of experiences for you to have, before you were born; choosing your parents and siblings and all that goes with that.

You also gave yourself the gifts you are here to share with others, the knowledge, the knowhow, the passion, to express that gift fully.

You were born perfect for the experiences of this life and life will bring many people to you to help and support you.

Some of those experiences may feel what you call “negative”, however they are usually the most powerful life changing gifts that another can bring to you.

If you are not living your life, then it is time to start.

Listen to your heart, your intuition, your gut instincts; follow your passion, the things you enjoy to do; let yourself learn and grow.

You are amazing; it is time for you to start trusting and believing in yourself.
