CHANGE: to alter, adjust, make different.
Some changes are temporary; others are permanent ~ once they are made you can never go back.
I am a Butterfly, once I became a butterfly I can never go back to being a caterpillar, the change is permanent.
You will experience many changes in your life; let’s start at the beginning:
You are conceived and grow in your mother’s womb. Then you are born, you have to breath for yourself, eat and drink. Slowly you learn to sit up, crawl, walk, run, speak. All the time you are growing, changing and these are permanent changes.
Your whole life is a series of changes, of growth, of learning, of one more step to allowing you to live to your full potential.
You learn to read and write, you go to school, then maybe to college or University; you get a job, you have relationships, you have your own home, you have a family of your own.
Life is constantly changing; you are constantly changing; these changes happen in the normal flow of life, so often you miss them. What I mean is you miss the feelings as the change occurs, you don’t stop and let yourself “FEEL”.
Your life has become so busy, so wrapped up in material things, that you stop noticing what is going on within you and around you. Stop flitting from one thing to another and then back again, because the first thing is not complete.
Be kind to yourself but firm, start something and finish it, then stop. How do you Feel now it is complete? Then you can go on to the next thing.
It is quicker to finish one thing at a time, than to have your fingers in many pies and not finish any of them.
Every now and again, either on your own or as a family, have a day of no computer, no computer games, no TV, in fact no electronic “entertainment”. Spend the day outdoors, playing games, walking, just sitting and enjoying the peace and beauty of your surroundings.
As many changes as are happening in your world, you still have open spaces, forests, wilderness areas, moors and heath land, beaches & lake shores. Enjoy them and be pro-active in helping to preserve them. These areas of natural habitat are essential not only for the survival of wildlife, flora and fauna but also for the survival of humankind.
Not all changes are good, once a plant or animal becomes extinct, that can’t be undone. Once all the coal and oil have been mined, there will be no more.
Love, yourself, love your family and friends and love the planet you live on. Support her as she supports you; if you are not sure how to do that, Ask, I am here to help and guide you; be open to my answers, they will come in unexpected ways.
Always allow the Sunshine into your life
Love and Laughter Always
