Nobody can lie to themselves

So, be honest, tell yourself the truth and then be honest with others

And be true to you at all times

And accept that truth and honesty from others

Don’t expect them to “understand you” if you have no intention of understanding them.

It is about each and every one of you being truthful and honest with yourself and honouring others, with supporting them to be truthful and honest with themselves.

There is so much power in truth and honesty, being true to who you are, allowing others to be true to them

It is so empowering and stay out of judgement

What is right for one, may not be right for another but when you are honest about “that’s not for me” but do you know what, get on with it, be true to yourself and encourage that from others towards you.

It is amazing how much difference it will make in the lives of you all, an empowerment beyond anything you can imagine

As you don’t stop doing what you thought you were going to do, you actually do it but you may have to do it differently.

Be true to you, do what feels right for you

Be who feels right for you and honour others for doing and being the same; truthful, honest and honouring themselves

Life is for living, experiencing, learning, remembering, growing and you can only honestly, truthfully do that, in honest & truth of self

You are an amazing being, a unique individual, special in your uniqueness

No one is more or less special than you

Honour that uniqueness in yourself and in others

Love yourself for who you are

Be gentle, caring and loving of yourself and encourage others to be the same with themselves.

When you all live out of love, caring and honour from yourself, you will become part of a very beautiful world, that exists but fully exists when you truly become a part of it
